Product Description

The Integrated Multi-Variable Flowmeter (MG5600MV Series) adopts advanced double-beam suspended MEMS single crystal silicon sensors, integrating differential pressure, static pressure and temperature measurement modules. It replaces three field transmitters and one flow totalizer with a single device, realizing dynamic online temperature-pressure compensation and mass flow calculation. Featuring high overvoltage resistance, ±0.04% differential pressure accuracy and 10:1 range ratio, it supports 4~20mADC, HART and Modbus signals, and enables local/remote configuration via panel buttons, programmer or mobile app. Suitable for liquids, gases and steam, it's widely used in industrial fields with -200~650°C process temperature and IP66/IP67 protection, reducing procurement and installation costs while enhancing reliability.
